Have had, it has to be said, a GREAT week this week. Training is progressing nicely back to back long rides a couple of times in the week (and the body didn't complain) and then another 20 mile round ride tomorrow. Off to QPR today I just hope the boys will make the trip worthwhile and get the season off to a great start with a win!
Also the infamous Muriel (Group Leader of the Glasgow Dreamflight contingent aka The Flintstones) rang me on Thursday to say I am going on the trip again this year as an Escort. I can honestly say I haven't stopped smiling yet. :-D
